Maxine Reyburn-Litkenhus is a dynamic entrepreneur, real estate agent, and business strategist based in Kentucky. While still in college, Maxine earned her real estate license and quickly made a name for herself, becoming a top-producing agent. Within five years, she founded RO&CO Real Estate, a full-service brokerage that now spans most of Kentucky with two thriving offices.

Maxine’s love for real estate extends beyond sales. With a natural eye for design and a deep appreciation for construction, she launched Redwood Design Co., an interior design firm that also supports her work in new builds and renovations. Alongside her husband, she has built an impressive portfolio of long-term and short-term rental properties.

Known for her systems-driven mindset, Maxine is passionate about helping real estate professionals get organized, scale their businesses, and create true passive income through the power of SOPs, systems, and strategic delegation. This vision gave rise to FONDiFi, a virtual back office solution for real estate companies, designed to allow professionals to stay in their zone of genius while trusted experts handle the backend operations.
